GH - I won the phone call with Maurice Benard contest!!!?

I just received an email this morning that I am one of the winners of the contest to win a phone call with him from his official website! I am so excited! He will be calling me tomorrow and I get 10 minutes! I am brainstorming some ideas of things to ask him. What would you say if you got to talk to him?
