I sometimes feel like kicking the **** out of my friend - Please, serious question?

That definately doesn't sound like a real friend to me. Maybe he just doesn't realize how much it does bother you and depending on how he was raised he may not even really see that its wrong. If I were you the next time he does it, I would tell him enough is enough, your done with it and to just stay away from you because real friends dont treat thier friends that way. Maybe he will then realize and truly be sorry and stop doing it, and if he don't then at least your not around him anymore. Good luck
