Who would win in a fight between Sarevok Anchev (Baldur's Gate) and Darth Vader?

Darth Vader has all the Jedi tricks and his light-saber while Sarevok has all his Bhaalspawn Abilities coupled with his awesome "Sword of Chaos" at its full potential and his awesome armor from the original BG. They are both approximately the same size (Close to 7-feet(2.10m) and around 300lbs (140kg). The fight takes place in a gladiator arena with neither having any advantage. It's all fair fight. Who would win?
