How can i get good attention from guys going out? More answers please?

Because i love to design clothes and please don't be rude. I feel as though that in order to look y and attractive, i have to wear a lot of y clothes to bring more attention to myself. So before y'all judge me, just know that i'm not what you think i am all i dream about is getting a army green camouflage jumpsuit made with long sleeves, long pants legs, rhinestones and diamonds to wear in the fall and i'm only 19 i was thinking about wearing it zipped down to my belly on with a black bra underneath so i could show off my belly ring. Is it a little too much because i thought it was y or a little inappropriate i just wanna get your best advice before wearing it. I wanted to wear it either at the mall or NYC or somewhere fun. Please don't judge me i just love to look y it makes me feel good to get attention because it gives me self-confidence and makes me feel beautiful. And i never ever been in a relationship before or dated but i'm not looking for a man but if I happen to meet a cute guy, i really love it guy goes''man she's fine" or i would go with her how should i get him to respect me. I'm a nice girl that has respect for others and i just want some advice. Oh! and how you think i should wear my hair when i go out because i'm going out alone. I would appreciate it if i get a lot of answers non-insulting please. It will really mean a lot to me to take some good advice from someone respectful. Thank You for your time.
