Why is it not a big deal to get the number one pick in baseball like it is in Football and Basketball?

I mean..I rarely see the dudes until years later where as I can see a Mario Williams or Kevin Durant make in early impact but baseball dudes??? I mean they have 25 man rosters unlike basketball. jus wondering what U think.
