I formed a CA LLC 2 yrs ago but never used it. I never filed/paid any taxes either. How do I dissolve it?

I essentially want to know how to close the LLC properly and get a tally of how much I owe, so I can pay whatever's due. Since I never did business a single time with the LLC, I ume all I owe is the LLC tax and some penalties. Is this correct?
