Courthouse marriage in washington state?

me and my boyfriend want to get married but we dont wanna do the traditional ceremony just yet we just want to go to the courthouse and just get married but whats the cost for it and where can we go to do it? and will it be a problem if im 17 is it still the same i just have my guardian go and sign for me?
