I have PCOS, I'v thin endomitrium also.?

I'm on metformin for past 4 months and started Progynova 2 mg from last week(2-2-2).Now my endo thickness is 8.8mm but Doctor asked me to continue Progynova.Other tabs I take are Thronorm 25mg,folic acid,ecospirin 150mg,evion forte 600 mg,F-gam and Trental 400mg. can someone please tell me if these medicines will help me? I read 'Clomid' is very good but my doctor have not suggested it. Any help would be appreciated. I am under a lot of stress due to my inability of conceiving. My doctor also asked me not to ahve unprotected while I am on Progynova. Why is it?
