I need to Move Out and I am only 17 years old????? HELP?

okay my situation is like most... I am 17 years old... and I hate living with my parents.. I hav a mom and a step dad and a dad and a step mom... I love my mom but my step dad is a major A$$hole... he hits me, chokes me, and talks about me he puts his hands on me a lot and I fight back trust me, my mom doesn't do anything, so don't ask about her, and my dad does th same thing I hate living with him I hate being in the same state as him and my step mom is a straight *****.... th only person I love is my mom but she gets on my nerves with a pion I love her but its not working... I am 17 my curfew is at 5:30 PM I can't go out on weekends, I can't get my ears pireced at all till I leave the house all together, I can't wear fingernail polish on hands or feet... they treat me like I am 10 years old no worse... I want to leave I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin and I kno I can get on low income housin but how do I do that? does anyone know where I can go? I need hel;p please no B.S
