Rob Zombie and Linkin Park?

My son likes Rob Zombie alot and my daughter, who also likes Rob Zombie, realy likes Linkin Park, especialy Chester. What I was wondering is how would I go about sending them an email to request something like an autograph. I tried the fan websites and well that leads to nowhere.
