Would you say interpet is a good aquatic equipment manufacture?

interpet, is part of central pet, and they aren't really a manufacturer, Most of what they carry, are made by other companies and just branded with interpet. Some of their chemical products are made at a company they own, but i'm betting most of the rest is made in china. Central Pet is a major distributor, sort of the wallmart of pets.
